HISTORY OF HAZRAT BABAJAAN
Hazrat Baba jaan
IN APRIL1803, AT PESHWAR after praying for two years Muhammad Mustafa ANWAR and Inshah bee gave birth to a beautiful, diving looking girl named as GUL RUK which later known as HAZRAT BABA JAAN.
Her father family business was of dry fruits which consists of almonds,cashew nuts etc.
Till the age of nine H.Babajaan could not speak and her parents thought the her child is deaf and dumb but she wont. Allah Talla has done this because he knows the better and he wanted her to became a scholar of the holy Quran (hafiz). At the age of ten she took Islamic knowledge (fiqh) from Sayyed Mustafa saheb. H.BABAJAAN spent all the time in namaz, reading of the quran and devotion towards Allah. At the age of 24 her mother passed away and all the responsibly came towards her. After doing the household work babajaan gave all the time in namaz and reading of the Quran.but when her offering (ibadaat) spread all the area people gathered her house.this news day by day spread all over the city and town and people from various city approach toward her house.this was not liked by her.she them went into disguised. She spent a lot of time in the forest.eating raw and ripe fruits she lived her livelihood.

In 1841, hazrat babajaan turned to India,she then visited the shrines of Bombay spend a lot of time in Bombay.she also visited Ajmer shahenshah e hindustan Hazrat khwaja moinuddin chisti ata e rasool stayed for many weeks and
then turned to Ahmadabad and stayed for one years moved to Surat visited the shrines and stayed for seven years and at the age of 65 she again to Bombay visited the shrines of Bombay. In bombay she offered offering (nayazmandi)
at many shrines for 6months or more.
Babajan returned to Bombay and soon afterward proceeded to Ajmer in northern India to pay homage at the tomb of the Sufi saint Moinuddin Chishti who established the Chishti Order of Islam in India. From Ajmer she again returned to Bombay and then soon after travelled west to Pune.
By 1905 Babajan arrived in Pune, where she established her final residence. Now an old woman, her back slightly bent, shoulders rounded, with white matted hair, and shabbily dressed, she “was seen sitting or resting at odd places, in different parts of the City.” Babajan finally located to a slum area called Char Bawdi
HAJ
In April 1903, Hazrat Babajaan went Haj (journey to Mecca and Madina ) haidri named ship in that among with babajaan were Noor mohammad mitha saheb ,noor Mohammad boha paik saheb etc in
the travel babajaan speak Irani, Farsi, Arabic, Urdu and even in English. She use to speak with salior in english. This was a real wonder and day after day passed one day the ship was under the storm the water was on the ship and
then at once babajaan called noor Mohammed boha saheb and told him cover your hand with scrafe and collect one one paise from each and every person on the ship and pray to Allah that I pray for my and every one sins please forgive
for our sin forgive us for prophet Mohammed (swas) for your habib save ours from tis oceanic dais tors we all will make niyaz in the name of your belovered prophert Muhammad (swas) and noor Muhammad collect one one paisa and with happy
and joy everyone gave him everyone prayed to Allah ask for forgiveness and after some time the storm slowly slowly went off. Watching this everyone one came one the feet of babajaan but babajaan did not liked this went she reached
to Mecca many people came and visited her offered her what ever they had and soon it spread all over mecca the as soon as possible left Mecca visited Madina made niyaz with the money which was collected and offered the poor and
the needy.
